Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic  Sales Representative to join our team and manage relationships with dispensaries and retail partners across New York. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industry and is passionate about cannabis products. As a Sales Representative at Nowave, you will play a key role in expanding our market share and ensuring the success of our products in dispensaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with dispensaries, retail partners, and key stakeholders throughout New York State.
• Promote Nowave’s premium cannabis products to increase sales and ensure availability at retail locations.
• Lead in-store vendor days and provide staff training on product benefits, uses, and features.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
• Monitor sales performance, track inventory, and ensure dispensaries are adequately stocked.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Represent Nowave at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cannabis or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the New York cannabis market and state regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
