Job Description
The Senior Pastor’s overall responsibility is to lead members and attendees to a closer and deeper relationship with God. This requires profound faith with a preaching and teaching ability based on biblical truth, strong leadership, and a passion for guiding the congregation in spiritual growth and for reaching the unchurched of our community. The Senior Pastor serves as the spiritual leader of our congregation, the lead pastor, the primary preacher and teacher, and is responsible for pastoral care, and the overall administration of the church, according to Florin’s By-laws and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Along with our Elders, the Senior Pastor serves in leadership of the church and manages all other staff, serving as a mentor and leader. The Senior Pastor is the one everyone sees as the leader of the church.
