Job Summary

The Senior React Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading the creation of responsive and efficient front-end applications within the Event and Inventory Management (EIM) project team. The role focuses on the full development lifecycle of user interface components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior developers, refine best practices, and advance the UI/UX strategy for event and inventory applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop responsive, efficient, and scalable front-end applications for the EIM systems.

•Build and maintain user interface components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack.

•Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices and design principles.

•Lead the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.

•Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team productivity and skills.

•Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

•Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

•Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and practices within the team.


Required Qualifications

•Proven experience as a Senior React Developer with expertise in React.js and Redux.

•Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript ES6+ features.

•Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack and Babel.

•Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.

•Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

•Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on mentoring junior developers.


Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with modern testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.

•Background in event and inventory management systems.

•Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end applications.
