Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to final offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including networking job boards social media and direct outreach to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report on the efficiency of different sourcing strategies and processes.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Amazon’s presence in the marketplace.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Desired Experience:

• 35 years of recruitment experience preferably in a hightech or retail industry.
• Experience with executivelevel recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient in sourcing and recruiting strategies including social media recruitment.
