Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully leading agile development teams. Strong understanding of agile principles, practices, and methodologies, with experience implementing the Scrum framework in complex environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
