Sr. Project Manager w/d Java Background Location: New York City, NY - (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Fulltime Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Investment Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing technology projects, with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across investment technology and other departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a "go-getter" attitude, who is eager to drive projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities: - Lead and assist in the management of technology projects within Investment Technology, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Candidate should come from technical background and candidates had technical background in Java and managed Java projects in recent times.
- Maintain and manage project scorecards in Daptiv, ensuring all project metrics are accurately recorded and monitored.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocations, adjusting as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Prepare and update slides and presentations for key senior-level meetings, ensuring all data and content are presented clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across investment technology and other departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Utilize advanced project management skills to address complex problems, guide project scope, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Time Management: Expertise in managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
