Are you hard-working, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment driven by systems and processes? Do you excel in a fast-paced atmosphere where each day presents new challenges? Are you someone who consistently goes above and beyond to deliver great work and exceptional service? If so, we want to meet you!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative law firm that provides bilingual (Spanish and English) legal services to a diverse client base.

  • Rapid growth potential
Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client intake, gathering necessary information, providing updates, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Collect property and financial details, and assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing key real estate documents such as purchase agreements, deeds, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions in both English and Spanish, including preparing closing checklists and scheduling closings.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation for efficient retrieval and tracking.
  • Assist in clearing title by obtaining necessary documents from prior settlement companies and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Prepare documents for settlement, attend closings, ensure all necessary signings are completed, and save scanned documents in their respective files.
  • Conduct title searches and due diligence, identifying and addressing any issues with attorneys and title companies.
  • Perform legal research related to real estate matters and provide the attorney with analysis to support client advice and strategies.
  • Issue or amend title policies, create post-closing packages and liaise with lenders to ensure document requests are fulfilled.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, notarizing documents, handling correspondence, and managing billing records.
  • Assist with business planning, document drafting, and billing through data entry and supporting the attorney’s contract practices.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree or certification in paralegal studies is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a real estate or legal support role, preferably with a focus on real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with real estate-specific tools or legal databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
