Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive wound care assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer advanced wound care treatments and therapies in alignment with physician orders.

Monitor wound healing progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of wound care provided.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in this state

Wound care certification or willingness to obtain wound care certification.

Previous experience in wound care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred.

Strong clinical skills, communication, and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
