*NAR/CNA Sign on Bonus* –
Commit to 4 shifts or greater and receive - *$5,000 (Receive $500 after 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1500 at 9 months and $2000 at 12 months)*
If you can't commit - then join us as a *Casual Employee for a $2500 (Receive $250 after 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $750 at 9 months and $1000 at 12 months)*
*Must Be Able To Work The Following Availability:*
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Night shift
* Rotating weekends
* Weekend availability
* Holidays – Total of 8 per year, paid 2-1/2 times base hourly rate
* Overtime
*Qualifications To Be Hired At IFCC:*
* Must have a current NA/R registration in the State of MN.
* Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
* Moving, lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Experience working in geriatrics or with the elderly is preferred but *not required.*
