We are looking for a high-energy Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations, assist with marketing and sales, and help grow our farm’s presence in the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Assist in planning crop schedules and improving farm efficiency.
• Manage online presence and marketing, including social media, website updates, and promotions.
• Coordinate sales, including farmers' markets, CSA programs, and wholesale accounts.
• Maintain inventory, track expenses, and assist with record-keeping.

Qualifications:
