Job Description

The Crowne Plaza Houston Medical Center/Galleria is hiring a Night Manager. The hotel night manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within a hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining the safety and security of guests and staff while managing the night staff, including front desk and housekeeping teams, and performing nightly audits and financial reporting. Responsibilities:

• Handling late check-ins, early check-outs, guest inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff throughout the night.
• Managing and coordinating the night shift staff, including front desk agents, bellhops, and housekeeping personnel.
• Performing nightly financial audits, reconciling accounts, and preparing necessary reports.
• Monitoring hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel management experience
• Ability to work the overnight shift
