Dynamic Integrated Security is looking for individuals looking to become Safe School Officers (Guardians) in Leon County, Florida to protect Public and Charter Schools from any threats that may come on to the school grounds.

PAID TRAINING while attending the Academy which will be held in Tallahassee at the Gadsen Sheriff's Training Facility for 5 1/2 weeks. Yearly requalification with the Sheriff's office is required to maintain your certification active.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF FIRST RESPONDER/MILITARY/LAW ENFORCEMENT/CORRECTIONS/FIRE FIGHTER/ETC.
• Must Possess an active Florida D and G Security License
• Must Possess an active Florida CCW (Concealed Weapon Permit)
• Must Possess a Florida Driver's License
• Must Possess your own firearm and duty belt (level 2 or higher).

· Submit to and pass an initial drug test and subsequent random drug tests in accordance with the requirements of s. 112.0455 and the sheriff’s office, school district, or charter school governing board, as applicable.

· Pass a psychological evaluation administered by a psychologist licensed under chapter 490 and designated by the Department of Law Enforcement and submit the results of the evaluation to the sheriff’s office, school district, or charter school governing board, as applicable. The Department of Law Enforcement is authorized to provide the sheriff’s office, school district, or charter school governing board with mental health and substance abuse data for compliance with this paragraph.

· Successfully complete ongoing training, weapon inspection, and firearm qualification on at least an annual basis and provide documentation to the sheriff’s office, school district, or charter school governing board, as applicable.

· Able to stand, walk, and move around outside and indoors for long periods of time

· Be a minimum of 21 years of age

· Be eligible to work in the United States

· Fluent in both the written and spoken English language

Demonstrate completion of MINIMUMUM 144 hours of required training pursuant to s. 30.15(1)(k)2.\We offer a full range of benefits:

Work Environment and Schedule Job :

· Operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.

· Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.

· Open availability some Weekends and overtime as directed (overtime occurs).

· Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, locations, and schedule.

· Time flexibility depending on the needs of the company.
