- Sets machine with paper guides for the correct size of paper to be sheeted; sets decurler as appropriate, verify caliper is correct. - Runs test sheets; examines test sheets to detect defects and verifies conformance to work orders adjusting machinery as necessary to correct production problems. - Observes operation of machine to detect and correct machine malfunctions such as blade or belt adjustments. - Signs off on all checks in VWT; performs quality checks and ensures job accuracy. - Troubleshoot the sheeter, escalating to technical support as necessary. - Monitors the schedule, logs job codes in Radius, and coordinates material needs to the Assistant Sheeter Operator. - Will be responsible for other duties as assigned by Sheeting Manager. - Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions. - Performs all duties according to established safety policy, including wearing all required PPE to perform duties. - Performs other job duties as assigned.
